公務員宿舍拍賣，包裝罕有的中半山物業，涉及麥當勞大廈低層單位，開價達4,110萬元，為10項物業中最貴。然而，環球股市大跌，今日豪宅拍賣的反應預料會給市場指標，作為市場了解準買家會否因為股市大跌暫緩入市。

10個公務員宿舍中，包括4個薄扶林碧瑤灣單位、1個同區碧林大廈單位、3個大坑愉富大廈單位、1個摩星嶺翠海別墅單位及1個麥當勞大廈單位，全部均連車位。開價最低為碧瑤灣44座2字樓連一個車位，實用面積約2,079方呎，開價2,430萬元，呎價1.17萬元。

今次是產業署本年內第2次拍賣物業，上一次為2月初，推出10個單位全數售出，涉資3.202億元。
