擺花街老舖轉手賺近億

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 市場消息指出，中環擺花街28號地下連閣樓以9,130萬元成交，地下面積650方呎，閣樓面積400方呎，目前租戶家品店，月租金7萬元，租金回報不足一厘。據悉，原業主於1956年間購入物業，當年買入價僅為5.8萬元，是次賑面獲利9,124.2萬元，56年間物業升值1,573倍。

　消息又指出，灣仔新銀集團中心高層全層，面積7,388方呎，以1.09億元成交，呎價1.48萬元。原業主於2001年以3,502萬元購入，持貨約11年，是次賑面獲利7,398萬元，物業升值逾2倍。

　西環干諾道西120號太極軒全幢以2億元易手，物業總樓面約2.4萬方呎，提供19個服務式住宅單位。登記買家為EVER TRILLION HOLDINGS LIMITED，公司董事為CHANG,MIGUEL YEN SHEE。原業主於2007年7月以1.128億元購入，持貨約5年賑面獲利約8,720萬元或77%。
