摸貨宗數月跌33%

 香港文匯報訊(記者 周穎)整體投資氣氛不景,導致反映炒風的摸貨宗數亦難逃下挫厄運。

 中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出,今年10月份工業樓宇摸貨買賣合約登記錄得26宗,涉及登記總值8,092萬元,分別創16個月及13個月新低,按月下降33.3%及75%。登記數字反映今年9月間工廈短線投資氣氛頗為淡靜,工廈摸售活動明顯萎縮。

 按金額分類統計,期內各金額類型的摸貨登記宗數及金額均低於9月份,當中1,000萬元以上類型更加吞蛋,未有錄得登記。分區統計,新界區及九龍區在摸貨登記宗數及金額亦低於今年9月份;而港島區在10月份錄得1宗及630萬元,高於沒有錄得登記的9月份。

 期內較高登記金額的工業樓宇摸貨登記個案包括:荔枝角永明街1號恒昌工業大廈低層一登記,成交價710萬元及北角英皇道677號榮華工業大廈高層一登記,成交金額630萬元。
