近期樓價持續回落，一些於樓價高峰期購入並淪為銀主盤的物業，需大幅折讓求售。屯門青山公路掃管笏NAPA 6座地下E室，實用面積447平方呎，2房間隔，連170呎花園，原業主於2017年4月以635.2萬元的購入單位，現開價370萬元作公開拍賣，比買入價低265.2萬元或約41.8%，呎價約8,277元。

上述單位將於平安夜（下周二、24日）於假忠誠拍賣行作公開拍賣；該行代理指，該單位廳房所有地板均被拆除，估計單位於裝修期間淪為銀主盤；由於該放盤屬特色戶，加上開價較銀行估價的487萬元，低出117萬元或約24%，故獲多名用家查詢。
