　香港文匯報訊　中原地產與雅居樂地產合作，改造中原地產葵涌廣場第四分行，變成為雅居樂地產特約諮詢中心(新界區)，推介雅居樂樓盤，並已投入運作。中原地產葵青區區域經理楊尚文表示，專店將推介五個中山樓盤，包括「雅居樂．御龍山」、「雅居樂．約克郡」、「雅居樂．鉑爵山」、「雅居樂新城．名門」及「雅居樂新城．悅景園」，分行將派專員向客人介紹，更可於分行報名參加睇樓團。

For property renewal, the charge is same as above.
