香港文匯報訊政府積極研究把元朗區為重點發展區域，預計未來會有三個新區落成，數十萬新增人口將進駐元朗，有投資者看好區內前景，新近以1.28億元購入元朗泰祥街盛發大廈地下入口舖連一樓逾萬方呎樓面，平均呎價約1.2萬元。

中原(工商舖)曾自強表示，成交單位面積約10,822方呎，現時由護老院承租，新買家為市區物業投資者，是次購入單位作長線投資或日後自用。

其他成交方面，在九龍區，港置林偉文表示，剛促成一宗大角咀埃華街70至86號地下H3B&H3C號舖的成交個案，舖位面積約3,300方呎，成交價約7,800萬元，呎價約23,636元。物業連租約易手，現租戶為超級市場，每月租金約13萬元，料可為新業主帶來約2厘回報。

另一方面。美聯商業甘廣然表示，代理荃灣皇廷廣場低層全層單位放售及放租事宜。上址面積約6,779方呎，接連空中花園。業主意向呎價約4,000餘元，並連兩個車位，同時以意向呎價約10餘元叫租。
