資逾16億元購入多個工商舖物業，昨日再下一城以約1.5億元購入兩個工商舖物業。羅氏坦言，對工商舖前景充滿信心，日後將會投放更多資金在工商舖投資市場上。
億二購智群商中舖位
中原(工商舖)商舖部高級營業董事戴錦輝表示，羅守輝剛購入的物業位於灣仔皇后大道東智群商業中心地舖連1樓，地下面積1,743方呎，1樓面積4,688方呎，合共面積6,431方呎，成交價1.2億元。該物業現由餐廳租用，租期至明年4月，月租約27萬元，其後若續租，租金將會調升至28萬元，按現時租金計算，可享租金回報約2.7厘。資料顯示，原業主於2013年以1.08億元購入，今次轉售賬面獲利1,200萬元。
另外，羅氏繼早前購入觀塘鴻圖道樂居工業大廈M層A室後，昨日剛增持另一個工廈物業葵涌美和工業大廈，涉及4樓全層，面積約7,000方呎，成交價2,900萬元，呎價4,143元。
