投資者摸出三商廈賺千萬

　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 張姓投資者最近摸出手持的三項商業物業，合共賺過千萬元。其中最大額為中環鴨巴甸街19號全幢商業物業，面積4,000方呎，10月以4,980萬元購入，現以5,800萬元沽出，每呎1.45萬元，帳面賺約820萬元。另外，通菜街224號1樓舖位，面積1,100方呎，10月購入價470萬元，現以600萬元摸出，呎價約5,455元，帳面賺130萬元；英皇道953號地下，面積1,200方呎，8月時以3,800萬元購入，亦以3,920萬元摸出，賺120萬元。
