憧憬觀塘發展偉業街地3000萬獲承接

　及九龍灣等地區，並鼓勵進行全幢工廈改裝，發展局日前新一年度公布勾地表時更明言，有意打造這兩區成為本港另一重要商業區，年內並會主動推出區內2幅商業地盤拍賣；市場消息指，有投資者睇好該區潛力，剛以3,000餘萬元購入觀塘偉業街93號(前身為勤興工業大廈 )地皮。

　剛錄承接的偉業街93號地皮，中原(工商舖)工商部營業董事李文光表示，該地皮佔地約2,100呎，現被劃作「其它指定用途」，最大地積比率12倍。消息指，新買家為區內活躍投資者，近年不時參與區內工廈炒賣。
