置富花園2日連環破頂

在港島區，中原馬煒康表示，薄扶林置富花園錄連環破頂，當中2座中層F室，實用面積588方呎，新近以803.8萬元成交，折合呎價13,670元。原業主於1988年以79萬元買入單位，持貨27年，賬面獲利724.8萬元，單位升值超過9倍。事隔1日，3座高層F室，實用面積588方呎，以818萬元易主，折合呎價13,912元，再創同類3房新高。原業主於2009年以395萬元買入單位，持貨6年，賬面升值一倍。

馬榮成16萬租出山頂屋

山頂洋房倚巒錄得今年首宗租賃，消息指，由漫畫家馬榮成持有的倚巒單號屋新近以約16萬元租出，單位實用面積約2,363方呎，折合呎租近68元。馬氏於2009年以約7,600萬元買入該單位，是次租出回報率約2.5厘。
