恒隆沽麗港城商場賺7.8億

恒香港文匯報訊　(記者梁悅琴)上月傳出易手的藍田麗港城商場連150個車位證實以15億元成交，買家料為一基金公司，原業主恒隆地產持貨20年轉售賬面賺7.83億元，物業升值1.09倍。

　土地註冊處資料顯示，藍田麗港城商場新登記買家為LGF INVESTMENT LIMITED，公司董事為新加坡籍的CHONG, YEU LIONG及澳洲籍的GATELY, PAUL ANDREW，市場估計應為一間基金公司。麗港城商場於上世紀90年代初落成，總樓面約16.3萬方呎，恒隆於1992年以7.17億元向長和系等購入物業。

　市傳恒隆旗下荃灣汀蘭居亦正獲洽購，涉資逾10億元，同時亦有意放售長沙灣永康街9號商廈，叫價26億元，該廈擁有37.9萬方呎樓面。
