恒隆，新近委託高力國際擬公開標售旗下荃灣灣景花園商場及停車場物業，定於12月6日截標。市場估計，項目估值約6億元，折合樓面呎價約9,700元。

資料顯示，商場共3層，總建築面積61,846方呎，連42個車位。現時地下入口為餐廳，低層一樓為保齡球場、中式食肆及停車場，而低層二樓則為幼稚園。
