恒地首5月四地盤申請強拍

　宗強制拍賣申請，單計恒基地產就佔了7宗，涉及4個地盤，比例高達63.64%；金朝陽及王新興亦各有一個地盤呈交強拍申請。總計11宗申請一共涉及7個地盤，為市場提供約73萬方呎住宅樓面，及約10萬方呎非住宅樓面，若以每個單位約600方呎計算，約提供1219伙。

　根據土地審裁處資料，7個地盤中，最大規模為王新興公司已佔逾8成業權的坪石啟德大廈，需注意的是，項目於今年重複入申請。據王新興發言人指，由於業權比例及答辯人等資料有更新，故已取消第一次申請，以第二次為準。據城規會資料，啟德大廈佔地約 61,497呎，若以地積比率 9倍，可重建樓面高達 553,473呎。
