恒地首5月四地盤申請強拍

 宗強制拍賣申請,單計恒基地產就佔了7宗,涉及4個地盤,比例高達63.64%;金朝陽及王新興亦各有一個地盤呈交強拍申請。總計11宗申請一共涉及7個地盤,為市場提供約73萬方呎住宅樓面,及約10萬方呎非住宅樓面,若以每個單位約600方呎計算,約提供1219伙。

 根據土地審裁處資料,7個地盤中,最大規模為王新興公司已佔逾8成業權的坪石啟德大廈,需注意的是,項目於今年重複入申請。據王新興發言人指,由於業權比例及答辯人等資料有更新,故已取消第一次申請,以第二次為準。據城規會資料,啟德大廈佔地約 61,497呎,若以地積比率 9倍,可重建樓面高達 553,473呎。
