恒地大角咀盤轉建大單位

　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）恒地及相關人士為大業主的大角咀大志工廠大廈，向城規會申請興建「分層樓宇」及「商店及服務行業用途」，並略為放寬建築物高限。據了解，項目去年亦曾呈交申請，目前仍然延期未審，新方案的最大變動為單位面積，由之前提供平均面積468方呎的中小型單位，改為1,054方呎大型單位，單位數量則減少57.9%至144伙。

　申請文件顯示，大志工廠大廈鄰近新盤君匯港，佔地22,885方呎，現劃為「住宅(戊類)1」及道路，日後打算以9倍興建1幢26層高（包括3層地庫及5層平台）商住大廈，其中住宅樓面151,902方呎，相比舊方案減少5.2%或8,295方呎，非住用樓面54,066方呎。項目日後提供144伙，較舊方案342伙減少57.9%至約198伙。恒地同時申請將高由主水平基準以上80米放寬至88.525米。
