恒地大角咀盤轉建大單位

 香港文匯報訊(記者 顏倫樂)恒地及相關人士為大業主的大角咀大志工廠大廈,向城規會申請興建「分層樓宇」及「商店及服務行業用途」,並略為放寬建築物高限。據了解,項目去年亦曾呈交申請,目前仍然延期未審,新方案的最大變動為單位面積,由之前提供平均面積468方呎的中小型單位,改為1,054方呎大型單位,單位數量則減少57.9%至144伙。

 申請文件顯示,大志工廠大廈鄰近新盤君匯港,佔地22,885方呎,現劃為「住宅(戊類)1」及道路,日後打算以9倍興建1幢26層高(包括3層地庫及5層平台)商住大廈,其中住宅樓面151,902方呎,相比舊方案減少5.2%或8,295方呎,非住用樓面54,066方呎。項目日後提供144伙,較舊方案342伙減少57.9%至約198伙。恒地同時申請將高由主水平基準以上80米放寬至88.525米。
