德信工廈改酒店料獲批

　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）旭日集團旗下觀塘鴻圖道28A號德信工業大廈，規劃地帶可作商貿用途，早前向城規會申請全幢改裝為酒店，規劃署認為符合規劃意向，並能淘汰工業用途，同時申請人亦已改善內部問題，包括逃生通道、增加車位等，不反對申請，料周五將通過城規會門檻。

　據悉，項目只進行內部改裝，並會對外牆修葺美化。地盤面積約5,565平方呎，計劃整幢改裝為酒店，樓高13層，涉及總樓面59,634呎。項目去年亦曾申請改裝酒店，但因未能提供充足的車位遭否決，是次申請房間量較以往減12個至98個，上落客車位由1個增至2個。

根德道5號可建4層

　著名富豪慈善家余彭年持有的九龍塘根德道5號，現址為養和護老院，佔地約14,898呎，規劃為「住宅(丙類)1」，最多可建3層高建築物，早前申請放寬建築物高度至4層，以容許闢設1層地庫作8個車位等用途。規劃署認為放寬的在容許範圍，亦未有不良影響，故對申請亦不反對。據了解，項目擬以0.6倍地積比重建1幢4層高物業，涉及住用樓面8,942呎，提供4伙，另有約11,055呎的休憩用地。
