　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）中原(工商舖)商舖部鍾浩文表示，資深投資者民生物流張順宜以約1.8億元購入九龍城太子匯地下舖位連1樓全層，合共總樓面面積約21,073平方呎，租客分別由麥當勞、五代同糖、日本餐廳、咖啡店、遠東發展售樓處組成，每月租金收入合共約40.2萬元；租金回報約2.7厘。據悉，買家購入作長線投資。

　另一方面，舖市當旺，炒家極速出貨，資深投資者尹柏權於一個月前購入的旺角砵蘭街289至295號一籃子物業放售，意向呎價1.1億元。其中地舖建築面積合共約1,008平方呎，1樓面積則為850平方呎。尹柏權於今年11月期間以8,500萬元購入物業，月租金收入約23萬元。
