香港置業西九龍四小龍分行首席聯席董事謝啟源表示，該行日前促成一宗弦雅的租務成交，租出單位為弦雅中層B室，實用面積約282平方呎，屬1房間隔，向東北望樓景，業主以$1.4萬放租，雙方經議價後減價$500，以月租$1.35萬租出，實用呎租近$48，低市價約5%。
資料顯示，業主於2021年1月以約$585.4萬購入上述單。
