廣生行高層2063萬沽出

香港文匯報訊 觀塘區已逐漸轉型為工商綜合區,市場對區內工商廈需求日益增加,令具地利優勢的工廈成為爭寵搶手物。 萊斯物業高級物業顧問楊方平表示,日前剛促成位於官塘海濱道151-153號廣生行中心中高層的交易,總面積2,486方呎,以2,063萬元成交,呎價8,300元,市場平均租價30元,回報約3厘。原業主於2017年以1.46億大手購入全層後再拆契轉售。

宏達工業中心中層850萬放售

另外, 近年葵青區有不少發展中項目,亦有不少工廈進行翻新,萊斯物業高級物業顧問黎倬欣表示,接獲客戶委託放售位於葵涌大連排道21-23號宏達工業大廈中層單位,單位面積2,390方呎,業主意向價850萬元放售,平均呎價為3,556元,市場租價為12元,回報約3.9厘。
