另外，近年葵青區有不少發展中項目，亦有不少工廈進行翻新，萊斯物業高級物業顧問黎倬欣表示，接獲客戶委託放售位於葵涌大連排道21-23號宏達工業大廈中層單位，單位面積2,390方呎，業主意向價850萬元放售，平均呎價為3,556元，市場租價為12元，回報約3.9厘。
