工總斥273萬購時信單位

　香港文匯報訊　長沙灣傳統工廠區形象根深蒂固，一向深得廠商及用家垂青落戶。中原(工商舖)工商部助理營業董事張威光表示，該行早前促成長沙灣道912至914號時信中心中層單位的成交個案，單位面積約666平方呎，獲工業總會以呎價4,106元承接自用，涉資約273.5萬元。工總購入單位作為通訊會址。

　原業主為投資者，於今年3月斥資245萬元購入上址，持貨不足5個月速賺約28萬元或12.3%。，單位升值12.3%。

　張威光指，時信中心近期向後面方向的樓景單位成交呎價普遍約3,800至3,900元的水平，而上述成交單位屬同類型，呎價突破4,000元，高於市場水平，反映買、賣雙方對後市充滿信心。
