工廈車位買賣額半年新高

中原地產研究部昨日指出，7月工廈車位買賣登記錄54宗及9,271萬元，較6月上升10.2%及47.3%，登記金額繼今年1月份9,954萬元後，創下6個按月新高。

荃灣葵涌主導買賣

7月買賣金額主要來自荃灣海盛路3號TML Tower，共錄12宗總值3,097萬元，金額佔全月整體逾三成。其他金額較大的登記包括﹕葵涌禾塘咀街31-39號香港毛紡工業大廈1宗一籃子車位登記，總值1,290萬元；葵涌碼頭路88號永得利廣場12宗登記，總值1,252萬元；以及觀塘道436至484號官塘工業中心3宗登記，總值324萬元。

分區統計，九龍區7月錄9宗及1,330萬元，較6月上升28.6%及42.4%。新界區錄44宗及7,841萬元，上升10.0%及65.3%。港島區成交淡靜，7月僅錄1宗價值100萬元的登記，較6月份的2宗及615萬元下跌。
