工廈車位買賣額半年新高

中原地產研究部昨日指出,7月工廈車位買賣登記錄54宗及9,271萬元,較6月上升10.2%及47.3%,登記金額繼今年1月份9,954萬元後,創下6個按月新高。

荃灣葵涌主導買賣

7月買賣金額主要來自荃灣海盛路3號TML Tower,共錄12宗總值3,097萬元,金額佔全月整體逾三成。其他金額較大的登記包括﹕葵涌禾塘咀街31-39號香港毛紡工業大廈1宗一籃子車位登記,總值1,290萬元;葵涌碼頭路88號永得利廣場12宗登記,總值1,252萬元;以及觀塘道436至484號官塘工業中心3宗登記,總值324萬元。

分區統計,九龍區7月錄9宗及1,330萬元,較6月上升28.6%及42.4%。新界區錄44宗及7,841萬元,上升10.0%及65.3%。港島區成交淡靜,7月僅錄1宗價值100萬元的登記,較6月份的2宗及615萬元下跌。
