上月較為觸目的工廈車位買賣合約登記個案包括荃灣金熊工業中心28宗登記，總值3,815萬元及觀塘美嘉工業大廈4宗登記、總值630萬元。
企業廣場全層19萬月租
另一方面，滬港通開車東九龍寫字樓搶手，美聯工商營業董事胡信恆表示，九龍灣新型工商綜合大廈企業廣場二期再錄租賃成交，一個高層全層單位，面積約9,420方呎，成交月租約18.84萬元，呎租約20元，屬市場價水平。按近月租賃成交，企業廣場二期呎租由約16元至25元不等，視乎物業質素。
