雖然交投疏落,但造價水平則止跌回穩。反映工商物業售價走勢的「美聯工商物業售價指數」(MII)上月報276點,按月上升約0.4%,連跌三個月後首度回升,其中長沙灣區平均成交呎價更按月上升約3.3%。
