　中原(工商舖)李婉琪表示，新調控樓市措施滿月，工商舖物業交投銳減，藍馬集團旗下的太子藍馬之城(見圖)全幢商廈、沙田嘉御山獨立屋及尖沙咀名鑄複式單位，業主決定三組物業一併出售，意向價約12億元，預料整個項目每月收取200萬元租金收入。
