香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）大埔嵐山II期原價加推第二批50伙昨晚抽籤安排揀樓次序，消息指，開售首小時售出40伙。

該盤昨晚推售的單位平均呎價10,223元，折實呎價8,740元。發展商長實維持最高14.5%折扣優惠，當中2房戶折實即供售價由451.6萬元起，3房戶折實售價由559.9萬元起。

都會名軒拆售沽13伙

此外，陳韻雲持有的V Hotel 旗下尖沙咀廣東道服務式住宅都會名軒昨日拆售，消息指售出13伙，單位如10樓A及D室合計以468萬元出售，B及C室以438萬元售出。都會名軒共有92個住宅，建築面積380方呎。
