世紀21天生置業客戶董事阮志堅表示，日前促成屯門(青山公路)星堤5座高層複式戶成交，實用面積1,883平方呎，4房連3套房及工人房套間隔，座向南面望內園景，獲外區買家$2,366萬承接，實用面積平均呎價$12,565。

世紀21天生阮志堅續指，原業主於2011年10月購入上址，當時作價$2,196.6萬，持貨逾10年至今轉售，賬面獲利$169.4萬，單位期內升值8%。
