屯門麗寶大廈短租客以$9,000承租

祥益地產區域董事林偉光表示，日前促成屯門麗寶大廈短租的成交個案，單位為中層H室，實用面積239平方呎，1房間隔，獲一名區內短租客以$9,000，實用面積平均呎租$37.7。

據了解，租客為區內短租客，租客因裝修理由需短租3個月，表示鍾情上址鄰近原居所，可輕易往返原居所視察裝修進度，而且單位內附企裝，加上附近可短租的單位盤源不多，故決定租入單位。

祥益地產林偉光指，如以該屋苑同類型單位銀行估價約$326萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.3厘。
