世紀21天生置業高級客戶董事黃偉祺表示，該行新近錄得屯門青榕臺成交，單位為1座高層B室，實用面積976平方呎，屬3房套連工人房間隔，座向西南，享全海景，業主叫價$1,100萬，其間累減$86.2萬，終以$1,013.8萬連車位成交，減幅約7.8%，實用面積呎價$10,387。

據了解，原業主於2014年10月購入上址，當時作價$760萬，持貨8年至今轉售，賬面獲利$253.8萬，單位期內升值33%。
