屯門青榕臺累減$78萬至$772萬連車位獲承接

世紀21天生置業高級客戶經理黃子康表示,該行新近促成屯門青榕臺3座高層E室,實用面積719平方呎,屬3房連套房間隔,座向西南,享海景。物業放盤4個月,叫價$850萬,其間累減$78萬,獲區外用家以$772萬連車位承接,實用面積平均呎價$10,737。

據了解,原業主於2018年1月購入上址,當時作價$710萬,持貨5年至今轉售,賬面獲利$62萬,單位期內升值9%。
