屯門青榕臺獲換樓客以$945萬連車位承接

世紀21天生置業營業董事鄭少坤表示，該行新近促成屯門青榕臺成交，單位為3座高層F室，實用面積962平方呎，3房間隔，座向西南，享海景，原叫價$999萬，獲換樓客以$945萬連車位承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,823。

據了解，原業主於2007年3月購入上址，當時作價$274萬，持貨15年至今轉售，賬面獲利$671萬，單位期內升值近2.5倍。
