據悉，買家原居於同區，見單位性價比高，加上早前曾因遲決定錯失心儀樓盤，今次果斷出手，睇樓即拍板購入自用。

資料顯示，原業主於1997年以約$226.8萬元購入單位，持貨約27年，帳面獲利約$125.2萬元，期內升值約55%。
