祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示,成交單位為屯門豐景園4座低層4室,實用面積341平方呎,2房。租客為區內客,考慮到屋苑鄰近市中心,配套完善,而且單位內附企裝,業主亦有$500的議價空間,租客遂便決定以$1.05萬租入,實用面積平均呎租$30.8。

袁氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估價約$329萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.8厘。
