祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，成交單位為屯門豐景園4座低層4室，實用面積341平方呎，2房。租客為區內客，考慮到屋苑鄰近市中心，配套完善，而且單位內附企裝，業主亦有$500的議價空間，租客遂便決定以$1.05萬租入，實用面積平均呎租$30.8。

袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$329萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.8厘。
