祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂(Ivan Wong)表示，日前促成一宗屯門海麗花園2座低層C室租賃成交，實用面積428平方呎，2房，日前獲區內短租客承租。該租客鍾情單位鄰近原居所，方便搬遷及視察裝修進度，而且區內可供短租的樓盤短缺，正好雙方的租期可配合，上述租客遂便決定以月租$1.23萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$28.7。

黃氏續稱，若以同類型單位現時的銀行估值價約$325萬作計算，該單位租金回報率高達4.5厘。
