祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，屯門海麗花園屬於輕鐵沿綫物業，社區設施一應俱全。日前分行促成一宗海麗花園「即睇即租」的租賃成交個案，單位之租金回報率高達4厘。

黃氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為2座低層H單位，實用面積426平方呎，兩房兩廳。據了解，業主放盤僅一天即獲承租，租客為區內客，主要鍾情該屋苑周邊配套不俗，而且單位附設企理裝修連部分傢電，考慮到各方面都符合心水，遂便決定零議價以$1.2萬「即睇即租」，以實用面積計算呎租$28.2。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$358萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4厘。
