祥益地產-袁思賢董事表示，成交單位為屯門時代廣場B座中層6室，實用面積314平方呎，2房間隔，日前獲區內客承租。租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修，加上屋苑位於中心地段，配套一應俱全，而且鄰近家人住所，方便互相照應，由於現時租盤渴市，亦有其他客人有意洽租，上述租客有感機不可失，遂便主動加租$300，最終以月租$1.13萬承租單位，實用面積平均呎租為$36。
袁氏續稱，如以同類型單位的銀行估值約$331萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.1厘。
