祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，位於屯門的新屯門中心因其由名牌發展商建造和周邊配套完善，吸引了不少買家。最近，分行促成了新屯門中心的一宗買賣成交，原業主於2010年以約$165萬購入該單位，本次轉手帳面獲利約$200萬。

黃慶德表示，成交的單位位於8座中層G室，實用面積為455平方呎，配置為兩房一廳。新買家是區內居民，他們喜歡此單位的寬敞空間及廳房的開揚景觀。由於原業主有意加快售出物業，因此累計減價$35萬。儘管無法實地看房，新買家參考了同類型單位的間隔和市場放盤情況後，認為此單位符合他們的需求且價格合理，最終以$365萬購入該單位作為自住，實用平均呎價為$8022，此價格略低於市場價格。
