祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示，日前該分行促成一宗屯門新屯門中心座中層A室，實用面積603平方呎，3房。租客為3名韓籍空服員，鍾情該區有交通工具直達機場，節省通勤時間，而且單位內附企裝，屬3房間隔，各人均擁有私人空間，加上業主減租$300，租客有感租金平分後相當相宜，遂便決定以$1.65萬「即睇即租」，實用面積平均呎租$27.4。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$448萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.4厘。
