祥益地產 - 盤嘉茵董事表示，日前屯門恒順園錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2013年以約$439萬購入單位，是次轉手賬面獲利約高達$186萬。

盤嘉茵稱，上述成交單位為1座高層C室，實用面積786呎，三房兩廳連套廁，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，新買家原為租客，有感樓市見底，加上息口回落，供樓平過租樓，決定棄租轉買。買家鍾情單位內籠寬敞，長形大廳擺放大型家具後仍有足夠活動空間，加上原業主增加議幅，減價$25萬，而且屋苑附近民生配套齊全，遂決定以$625萬購入上址自住，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7952。
