美聯物業屯門 - 豫豐花園分行高級營業經理顧耀彬表示，成交單位為屯門御半山2期2A座中層C室，實用面積386平方呎，採1房連儲物室設計，間隔實用。據悉，買家為上車客，預料息口已見頂，故議價後以$444.5萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$11,516。

據了解，原業主2021年初以$677.2萬購入單位。
