祥益地產區域董事黃慶德表示,日前該分行促成一宗屯門弦海的買賣成交個案,原業主於2019年以約$376萬購入,持貨6年多,轉手帳面虧損約$81萬。
黃氏稱,上述所錄成交單位為中層U室,實用面積231呎,開放式間隔。據了解,新買家鎖定區內半新屋苑,考慮到上述屋苑鄰近家人,方便照應,而且屋內連新淨裝修,加上有感樓價低水可以負擔,遂便決定以$295萬購入上址作自住用途,以實用面積計算呎價為$12,771。
