祥益地產高級分行經理黃文樂表示，日前促成屯門建生邨5座(康生樓) 低層19室，實用面積407平方呎。日前獲一名外區白居二垂青，新買家考慮到該屋苑周邊配套一應俱全，而且原業主即場再減$5萬，新買家有感樓價低水，能夠負擔，遂便決定以$110萬(未補地價)「即睇即買」上址，實用面積平均呎價為$2,703，屬低於市場價。
