美聯物業屯門區域營業董事梁浩文表示，成交單位為屯門康麗花園1座中層C室，實用面積473平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位早前以$480萬放售，而買家為區內用家，議價後以$406萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$8,584。

資料顯示，原業主於2010年以$174.2萬買入單位，持貨14年，帳面獲利約$231.8萬。
