市場部分業主續睇淡後市,不惜蝕讓離場。美聯物業屯門區域營業董事梁浩文表示,新近該行錄得屯門康麗花園480實呎兩房戶以$465萬沽出,原業主持貨4年,期內單位帳面蝕逾$30萬。成交單位為屯門康麗花園2座低層兩房E室,實用面積約480平方呎,客飯廳方正實用,易於擺放傢俱。據悉,原業主睇淡後市樓價走勢,故早前以低於購入價$470萬放售單位,並接受區內自住用家議價$5萬,單位終以$465萬沽出,折合實用呎價約$9,688。
資料顯示,原業主於2018年初以$495萬購入上述單位。
