屯門工廈申建安老院舍

 香港文匯報訊 (記者 顏倫樂) 本港人口日趨老化,有業主申請旗下工廈改劃土地用途,以興建安老院舍。涉及地點為屯門新安街2號富益商業大廈,佔地7,461方呎,現為「工業」地帶,擬議改劃為「商業(1)」地帶,以及修訂大綱草圖內的「商業」地帶註釋,以興建1幢14層高康復中心(涉及住宿照顧者),院名為博愛之家,總樓面約7.08萬方呎。

 另外,城規會修訂灣仔區大綱圖,包括將呂祺教育服務中心及灣仔分科診所現址,由政府用地改作住宅用途,亦建議放寬區內循道衛理會國際禮拜堂、灣仔堂、溫莎公爵社會服務大廈的高限,以配合3個地盤各自重建1幢25層高大廈。有關修訂會進行2個月的諮詢。
