祥益地產高級區域經理黃慶德表示，日前促成屯門居屋翠寧花園6座高層A室，實用面積592平方呎，3房間隔，日前獲區內首置客垂青。該買家為「白居二」中籤者，鍾情單位間隔四正，可靈活擺放傢俱，加上原業主擴大議幅，累積減價$22萬，而且買家的家人亦居於同屋苑，方便照應，遂便決定以$338萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用，實用面積平均呎價為$5,709。

據悉，原業主於1991年以約$63.2萬(居二市場價)購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$274.8萬，單位升值逾4倍易手
