祥益地產 - 陳秀春經理表示，屯門寶怡花園日前錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2000年以約$128萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$300萬。
陳氏稱，上述所錄成交單位為1座高層E室，實用面積480呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區內首置客垂青。新買家主要鍾情屋苑鄰近家人以及熟悉區內環境，加上對單位樓層及座向等各方面亦十分滿意，而且見原業主累積減價$37萬，遂便決定以$428萬「即睇即買」上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$8917，屬市場價成交。
