美聯物業屯門區域營業董事梁浩文表示，成交單位為屯門嘉悅半島2座中層B室，實用面積約465平方呎，屬2房間隔。據悉，單位早前獲香港家庭客洽購，議價後以$400萬承接，實用面積平均呎價約$8,602。

原業主於2010年以$180萬買入單位，持貨14年，帳面獲利$220萬，或逾1.2倍。
