美聯物業屯門時代廣場分行(2)營業經理陳建泉表示，該行日前促成一宗屯門凱德花園成交，成交單位為凱德花園３座低層Ｅ室，屬2房間隔，實用面積約312平方呎，建築面積約450平方呎。據了解，客人主動議價促成交易，單位叫價約$470萬放售僅7天，最終以$438萬成交，折合實用呎價約$14,038。

資料顯示，原業主於2019年1月以約$378萬購入上址，轉手帳面獲利$60萬，升值約15.9%。
