黃氏稱,上述所錄成交單位為K座高層4室,實用面積645平方呎,三房兩廳,日前獲區內首置客垂青。該買家擁綠表資格,表示原住所空間不足,決定上車買大屋,鍾情單位附企理裝修及內籠寬敞,可靈活擺放傢電,而且單位位於高層,客廳可望避風塘海景,加上原業主願意減價,新買家遂便決定以$468.8萬(居二市場價)購入上址作自住之用,以實用面積計算平均呎價為$7268,屬市場價成交。
