祥益地產 - 古文彬經理表示,日前屯門倚嶺南庭錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案,原業主於2012年以約$305萬購入單位,是次轉手帳面獲利約高達$155萬。
古氏稱,上述所錄成交單位為低層B室,實用面積572呎,兩房一廳,日前獲區內客垂青。新買家原本亦租住於倚嶺南庭,考慮到租金持續上升,而樓價仍屬低水,故決定自置居所,並指定物色同屋苑的樓盤。單位正處於生約交吉期,新買家雖未有視察單位內籠,但熟悉屋苑的環境,加上屋苑鄰近工作地點,可節省通勤時間,遂便決定以$460萬購入上址作自住之用,以實用面積計算呎價為$8,042。
