香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）屋宇署昨日公佈，6月共批出11份建築圖則。其中包括恒地旗下大角咀角祥街2至16號項目，獲批興建一幢樓高26層的商住物業，涉及住宅樓面15萬方呎、非住宅樓面逾3萬方呎。翻查市場資料，該地盤在重建前為一系列舊樓，恒地多年來一直在該區密密收購物業，當中海興大廈於2013年曾發生倫常碎屍案，轟動一時。

與此同時，合和去年以巨額投得的灣仔「蚊型地」捷船街也獲批則，該項目獲批興建一幢樓高11層的住宅，涉及樓面14,531方呎。合和去年以約2.33億元購入該幅僅約2,906方呎地盤，折合面積呎價約16,035元，創區內新高。而英皇旗下的屯門小欖項目獲批興建7幢建築，共提供樓面28,686方呎。

2690伙單位獲准施工

至於獲准施工的建築工程項目則有25個，將提供可作住宅用途的建築樓面面積逾191萬方呎，涉及單位2690伙。
